BUSINESS ARISING;

· Juniors seem settles. Draw has been changed[Gosford added 2^nd u-13side]

REPORTS;

JUNIORS- there have been problems with new card system; NH will have at least 2 juniors training as refs

WOMEN- all going well, 5 teams, still getting new players. Vets in July [ about a dozen likely to go from NH]; also some playing in Masters in Oct.

MEN-3 teams, all ok, biggest problem is Travis does not e-mail draw in accessible form

TREASURER-current balance $7,840 . Fees coming in well

CORRESPONDENCE-complaint from Barb re men leaving mess; receipt from Covo for socks; junior events [tabled]

GENERAL BUSINESS-

· Therese-request full field for senior training [Merrilyn to contact Barb] Cost $92

· Vicki-Query re Donation from car club-what to use money for. Paul to check up with Car Club and fundraiser possibilitiesNeed to upgrade a junior kit. Mouldsie to do this

· Mouldsie –CONGRATULATIONS secured $1000grant from Coles-this will be used to purchase new gear

· Vicki-can get 11 seater bus for social events

· Vicki-regarding Joanne and age groups- clarification that age at 1 Jan is the defining age

· Paul- requested copy of constitution. Raised possibility of club hosting a Ball [perhaps for 30^th anniversary]. To be in Bus Arising

· Nic S – re Vanessa Biviano- in NSW Bushrangers, needs help with travelling costs. Club happy to run event, but it needs to be soon

· Cessnock- plan for Sunday7/6 Long Weekend, 10am to 2

· Men’s O-40 weekend starts 29/5. Club will need to supply volunteers

· Mouldsie mentioned that Andy has started work on website

· Presentation nights. Tentative dates; Juniors on 27/9 at Koala Park [VickiM to check it out]; Seniors on Fri 9/10 at clubhouse
