Norah Head Club Meeting 4/12/09

General Business;

·        Peter has sponsorship for uniforms. Will get 2 sets for U-9[15 each]; will plan for bigger teams. Will have a register of club shirts, all numbered, to ensure they come back at end of season

·        Training times-Merrilyn has asked Inc for Mon and Thurs for seniors, with junior training just before on either day

·        Andy plans to organise NSW Hockey players to run clinic for Norah Head juniors

·        Fees- problem as many senior players have not paid all fees. Club still has $1800 in Training fees outstanding.Club will fix times for payment, have manager for every team;Merrilyn to contact all players owing money

·        Registration-will be 7/2/2010 at clubhouse, 11 to 2. Juniors will get a ball [Peter to organise] Fees for 2010; U-9 $110 [includes socks, ball, club shirt], other Juniors$180 [includes ball, club shirt]; Junior also playing in senior team $290;Junior playing only in Senior team $260; Women $300; two teams$480; Men$340. All fees will be due by30thApril 2010

·        Peter has done junior rego letter.

·        New players- flyers are ready to go out in January; contacts in schools to be used

·        Merrilyn to put info in Pelican Itch

·        Cancel12/12/09 meeting;instead have all seniors to clubhouse on12/1/2010 for discussion re teams , etc for new season. Bar open, BYO nibblies

·        Merrilyn to get more keys cut for Peter and Andy to have access to clubhouse

·        Merrilyn to e-mail report to Andy to put on website

·        Janet to contact Sue Wynne[Wyong Council] re using oval for fundraiser.
